			<p id="instruction-step-1" class="MsoNormal">Éplucher et couper les légumes : carottes, navets et pommes de terre en morceaux. Émincer l’oignon et hacher l’ail.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Faire chauffer l’huile d’olive dans une cocotte. Ajouter l’oignon et les champignons, puis faire revenir jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient bien dorés.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Ajouter l’ail, le concentré de tomate et la sauce soja. Mélanger pendant 1 minute.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Ajouter les lentilles, les carottes, les navets et les pommes de terre. Bien mélanger.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-5" class="MsoNormal">Verser le bouillon de légumes. Ajouter le thym et le laurier.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-6" class="MsoNormal">Porter à ébullition, puis laisser mijoter à feu doux pendant 30 à 35 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les lentilles soient tendres.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-7" class="MsoNormal">Ajouter les petits pois 5 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-8" class="MsoNormal">Ajuster l’assaisonnement avec sel et poivre. Ajouter un filet de jus de citron si souhaité.</p>

<p id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Cuire les asperges à la vapeur pendant 5 à 6 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient tendres mais encore légèrement fermes.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Pendant ce temps, préparer la sauce : mélanger le yaourt avec le jus et le zeste de citron, l’huile d’olive, le sel et le poivre.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Concasser grossièrement les noisettes ou les amandes, puis les faire griller à sec dans une poêle pendant 2 à 3 minutes.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-5" class="MsoNormal">(Optionnel) Cuire les œufs mollets : plonger les œufs dans l’eau bouillante pendant 6 minutes, puis les refroidir dans l’eau froide avant de les écaler.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-6" class="MsoNormal">Dresser : étaler la sauce au fond de l’assiette, disposer les asperges par-dessus.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-7" class="MsoNormal">Ajouter les noisettes grillées, les herbes fraîches et, si souhaité, un œuf mollet coupé en deux.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-8" class="MsoNormal">Terminer avec un filet d’huile d’olive et un peu de zeste de citron.</p>

<li id="instruction-step-1">Lavez et épluchez les carottes nouvelles, puis coupez-les en bâtonnets.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Lavez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en petits dés. Faites-les cuire 5 minutes à l’eau bouillante salée puis égouttez-les.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Lavez les courgettes et coupez-les en demi-rondelles. Lavez les pois gourmands.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Émincez l’ail et l’ail des ours, en réservant quelques feuilles pour la finition.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-5" class="MsoNormal">Dans une grande poêle, faites chauffer l’huile d’olive. Ajoutez l’ail et faites-le revenir 1 minute à feu moyen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-6" class="MsoNormal">Ajoutez les carottes et les pommes de terre dans la poêle et faites-les sauter 5 minutes.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-7" class="MsoNormal">Ajoutez ensuite les courgettes et les pois gourmands, salez et poivrez, et faites sauter encore 5 à 7 minutes jusqu’à ce que les légumes soient tendres mais encore croquants.</li>

<p>Dans de nombreuses cultures et traditions, le bouleau est considéré comme « l’arbre de la sagesse ». Il est souvent associé à la <strong>purification</strong>, à la <strong>régénération</strong>, à la <strong>croissance personnelle</strong> et à la <strong>guérison</strong>.</p>



<p>Sa sève est une <strong>alliée santé</strong> de plus en plus populaire, car elle contient une foule de <strong>précieux nutriments</strong>, qui agissent en synergie, dont des <strong>minéraux</strong>, des <strong>oligo-éléments</strong>, des <strong>vitamines</strong>, des <strong>polyphénols </strong>et des <strong>acides aminés</strong>.</p>



<p>Son <strong>rôle détox</strong> est bien connu : <strong>en cure printanière</strong>, elle favorise le <strong>drainage</strong> et l’<strong>élimination des toxines</strong> et déchets métaboliques accumulés durant l’hiver, via les principaux émonctoires (reins, foie, pancréas, peau…). Elle permet aussi de <strong>lutter contre la fatigue et le stress</strong>, et de <strong>redynamiser le corps</strong> qui a tourné au ralenti pendant les mois d’hiver.</p>



<p>Ses nombreux <strong>composés anti-oxydants</strong> aident à lutter contre le stress oxydatif et le vieillissement prématuré des cellules.</p>



<p>Elle contient également une substance proche de l’aspirine qui lui confère des <strong>propriétés analgésiques et anti-inflammatoires</strong>. Elle est particulièrement intéressante en cas de rhumatismes ou d’arthrose car elle <strong>renforce les cartilages et les articulations</strong> grâce à sa richesse en silicium.</p>



<p>Pour couronner le tout, elle aurait un important potentiel dans la <strong>lutte contre le cancer</strong> (notamment côlon, sein, poumon et prostate), en inhibant la croissance des cellules cancéreuses.</p>



<p>Il est généralement recommandé d’en <strong>prendre ½ à 1 verre le matin à jeûn, pendant 3 à 4 semaines</strong> maximum, car elle sollicite les reins de manière importante. <strong>Choisissez une sève de bouleau fraîche, pure et bio</strong>, sans conservateurs ni additifs, non filtrée et non pasteurisée.</p>



<p>Si vous avez la chance d’avoir des bouleaux à votre disposition, récoltez la vous-même dès le début du mois de mars ! Pour ce faire :</p>

<li>Choisissez un bouleau mature et sain, à l’abri de la pollution.</li>



<li>A l’aide d’une foreuse, percez un trou d’environ 3 cm de profondeur et 1 cm de diamètre à plus ou moins 1 m du sol.</li>



<li>Insérez un tube/tuyau du même diamètre dans le trou afin de collecter la sève dans une bouteille (environ 2 à 5 litres/jour). La récolte n’affecte pas la santé du bouleau car il produit 200 à 300 litres de sève par jour au début du printemps pour ses besoins !</li>



<li>Après 2 à 4 semaines de récoltes, reboucher le trou avec du liège ou de la cire d’abeille pour aider l’arbre à cicatriser.</li>

<p id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Émincer très finement les choux à l’aide d’un couteau bien aiguisé ou d’une mandoline.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Torréfier les noisettes dans une petite poêle à sec (environ 5 minutes).</p>
<p id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Préparer la vinaigrette en mélangeant le jus de citron et le zeste, la moutarde, l’huile d’olive un peu de sel et de poivre. Mélanger avec les choux émincés, ajouter les noisettes torréfiées et ajuster l’assaisonnement.</p>
