<li id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Lavez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en petits dés. Faites-les cuire 5 minutes à l’eau bouillante salée puis égouttez-les.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Lavez les courgettes et coupez-les en demi-rondelles. Lavez les pois gourmands.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Émincez l’ail et l’ail des ours, en réservant quelques feuilles pour la finition.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-5" class="MsoNormal">Dans une grande poêle, faites chauffer l’huile d’olive. Ajoutez l’ail et faites-le revenir 1 minute à feu moyen.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-6" class="MsoNormal">Ajoutez les carottes et les pommes de terre dans la poêle et faites-les sauter 5 minutes.</li>
<li id="instruction-step-7" class="MsoNormal">Ajoutez ensuite les courgettes et les pois gourmands, salez et poivrez, et faites sauter encore 5 à 7 minutes jusqu’à ce que les légumes soient tendres mais encore croquants.</li>

<p id="instruction-step-2" class="MsoNormal">Émincer très finement les choux à l’aide d’un couteau bien aiguisé ou d’une mandoline.</p>
<p id="instruction-step-3" class="MsoNormal">Torréfier les noisettes dans une petite poêle à sec (environ 5 minutes).</p>
<p id="instruction-step-4" class="MsoNormal">Préparer la vinaigrette en mélangeant le jus de citron et le zeste, la moutarde, l’huile d’olive un peu de sel et de poivre. Mélanger avec les choux émincés, ajouter les noisettes torréfiées et ajuster l’assaisonnement.</p>

<p>Cette confiture à peine cuite, très très brute de fruits, est une vraie tuerie!!!</p>
<p>Prélevez le zeste des 6 oranges (sans entamer la partie blanche qui est amère) et réservez.</p>
<p>Pelez ensuite à vif 4 des 6 oranges et jetez la peau. Coupez les oranges en petits dés en enlevant les parties dures si nécessaire (centre).</p>
<p>Placez les dés d&rsquo;oranges et les zestes dans une casserole, chauffer et laisser mijoter 4 à 5 minutes à découvert.</p>
<p>Pendant ce temps, faites du jus avec les 2 dernières oranges et avec le citron vert.</p>
<p>A la dernière minute, ajouter dans la casserole le jus, le gingembre râpé, le sucre de bouleau et le Pec Plus.</p>
<p>Mélangez bien. Amenez à ébullition et comptez une minute de « bouillonnement », pas plus.</p>
<p>Coupez le feu et versez dans les pots jusqu&rsquo;à ras bord. Vissez et retournez les pots. Laissez refroidir dans cette position.</p>

<p>Une fois que vous avez coupé tous les légumes en petite brunoise (tout petits dés), faites-les revenir quelques minutes dans un peu d&rsquo;huile de coco ou d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec le gingembre râpé.</p>
<p>Ajoutez la fish sauce, le lait de coco, le jus de citron vert et les feuilles de citrus. Laisser cuire quelques minutes, le temps d&rsquo;attendrir un peu les légumes.</p>
<p>Dressez les papillotes (évitez l&rsquo;aluminium! Servez-vous de papier sulfurisé): mettez des légumes au lait de coco dans le fond, un morceau de poisson au dessus, salez et poivrez, terminez par une noisette d&rsquo;huile de coco ou d&rsquo;olive et quelques feuilles de coriandre et/ou basilic thaï.</p>
<p>Fermez les papillotes hermétiquement.</p>
<p>Cuire 20 minutes dans le milieu du four préchauffé à 180°.</p>
<p>Dégustez avec du riz basmati.</p>

<p>Dans un peu d’huile d’olive, faire revenir les graines de moutarde. Ajouter l’oignon émincé, l’ail écrasé, le gingembre râpé, le piment épépiné et haché.</p>
<p>Lorsque les oignons deviennent translucides, ajouter les autres épices et les légumes en dés et faire revenir quelques minutes.</p>
<p>Ajouter les lentilles corail et mouiller avec le bouillon de poule. Amener à ébullition et laisser cuire à feu doux pendant 10 à 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Quand les lentilles deviennent tendre, ajouter le lait de coco, le jus de citron et rectifier l’assaisonnement. Ne plus faire bouillir.</p>
<p>Parsemer de coriandre ciselée et servir avec du riz basmati et un quartier de citron vert.</p>
